Apple Banana Cinnamon Smoothie is great for breakfast or anytime. At this time of year I like to use apples in as many recipes as possible and this is a favorite.
What you need:
- 1 red apple
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Blend ingredients and enjoy!
